3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof for quick resolution.
4. Return Process

- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes inspection.

6. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
